Located on the formerly named lot street, The Lot Hotel aims to reactivate the street front and under utilized park by injecting new retail, hospitality and landscaping. A boutique hotel and social space inspired by West Queen West’s historic presence, the Lot Hotel is built on the concept of permanence. The site promotes gathering of guests and residents alike into an infinite circulatory experience, lined with restaurants and cafes, retail space, indoor and outdoor social space and a public pool. Guests and visitors alike can explore the open garden spaces and indulge in the one of a kind communal experience.
